Currently Professor(HAG) in Electrical Engg Department and Head, Centre for Training & Learning. Earlier he  served as Dean(Faculty), Chairman(Admissions), Head of Electrical Engg Dept.  He is active volunteer of IEEE Hyd Section and he served as Chair-PES/IAS/PELS Joint Chapter, Chair- Education Socieity, Chair-Student Activities Committee of IEEE Hyd Section.

Associated with the NIRF related activities at NITW. Gave a presentation earlier on NIRF Rankings 2021.
