Dr. T. Siddaiah

Former Registrar, Professor, Dept of Management Studies, Sri Venkateswara University.

Dr T Siddaiah is a Senior Professor in the area of Finance. He is a post-graduate in Commerce and has a Ph. D. He has got an M. Phil. degree from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. His additional qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Statistics. In his teaching career spanning over thirty two years, he has taught different management courses at the post-graduation level with a special interest in Finance. He has a vast research experience and serves as a faculty guide for doctoral candidates in addition to conducting research projects funded by national level agencies.

He has contributed a lot to the cause of education by being a member on many educational committees and bodies. As a member of the Expert Committee of AICTE and Chairman of NAAC Peer Team, he has visited several educational institutions and universities across the country. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Indian Association for Management Development as Hony. Secretary (one term) and Vice-President (two terms).

Before joining Alliance University, he was with Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh as Professor of Management. He also served Sri Venkateswara University in top administrative positions such as Registrar, Principal, and Dean.
