Adv. Ashok Ram Kumar has more than 32 years of experience as a Lawyer in handling IPR issues and practices at the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. A Law Graduate with a Masters in Intellectual Property Law from Osmania University, he is highly proficient in filing IP Applications and has to his credit more than 5000 applications including Trademarks, Copyrights, Patent  and Design applications on behalf of diverse clients. He is the Senior Partner and Head of Litigation at Wordict-IP, the only botique IPR Firm i AP and TG,  along with his  wife Sheela Ram Kumar who is also a renowned lawyer. He other area of practice is Information Technology Act, wherein he  exclusively deals with issue relating to cybercrimes, digital foot printing, digital forensics and various other Information Technology Law issues. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), International Association for Protecting Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and Intellectual Property Law Practitioner Association (IPLPA). Sir has also started an organization named Innovpath - pathfinders for innovators, exclusively to bring awareness on Intellectual Property Rights amongst startups. Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar is highly proficient in  filing and prosecuting of IP applications,  enforcement through litigation and valuation of IP, Anti counterfeiting etc. Additionally, he also has experience in filing and prosecuting international applications in USA, ARIPO, EU and South East Asia and does IP Audit and valuations for Companies for their acquisitions, mergers and Annual assessments.

Mr. Ashok Ram Kumar is also a passionate teacher and contributes his might for the IP Awareness in the country  through various Public Sector Organizations, NGO, Chambers of Commerce,  etc., and had been visiting various Engineering colleges, NIT’s , Corporates, Research facilities, Chambers of commerce, Defence Labs etc., and  taking training and mentoring sessions for the participants in IPR. Mr. Ram Kumar  is  a Member of the AIPPI  - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property , , member of INTA - The International Trademark Association (INTA). He  was selected for the  Japanese Patent Office Training programe in the year June 2017- for the topic of IP litigation.
